Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team at Fresh People. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and maintaining strong relationships with our growers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including purchasing office supplies, answering phone calls, and processing mail.
- Financial Support: Assist the Finance Assistant with daily customer invoicing, processing miscellaneous invoices and credit notes, and setting up new suppliers.
- Credit Control: Produce and send out account statements weekly, chase outstanding debts, and ensure timely payment from customers.
- Communication: Provide excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
- Self-Development: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a Finance Team as an Administrator or Office Support Specialist.
- Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Prophet.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
