Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to provide administrative support to our Care Leavers 18+ Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing administrative tasks across the county to support our young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Care Leavers 18+ Service team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, young people, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to financial procedures and best practice.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and willingness to undertake training on our bespoke databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
