About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Business Support Officer to join our Early Years & Childcare Partnership & Integration Team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data systems and frontline support for local early years collaborations
  • Handle training inquiries, bookings, invoicing, and purchasing efficiently
  • Arrange and support training events for potential and registered childminders, prepare materials and support virtual training
  • Maintain websites, databases, and filing systems, ensuring compliance with the Council's record retention policy, data protection and freedom of information protocols
  • Support proofreading processes
  • Administer financial systems related to business activities
