Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Account Manager - Publishing & Events to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and retaining key accounts, maintaining existing year-on-year sponsorship agreements with clients, and generating new business opportunities while developing current business accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management and retention of key accounts
- Maintain existing year-on-year sponsorship agreements with key clients
- Generate new business opportunities while developing current business accounts
- Represent the brand at trade events
- Provide support and administrative assistance across all departments within the business as and when required
- Attend events and exhibitions, including an annual event hosted in a different European country each year
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to retain clients and build new business
- Extensive client account management experience
- A background in digital or publishing (not essential)
- Ability to travel across the UK and internationally when required
- Interest in technology (a bonus)
