About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Specialist to join our team at Charities Aid Foundation. As a key member of our Business Operations and Business Assurance Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Data & GDPR Officer in delivering our data privacy programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Data & GDPR Officer with data subject rights requests and data incident investigations
  • Embed a positive data protection culture within the organisation
  • Implement the principles of the UK Data Protection Regulation
  • Create and maintain data protection procedures
  • Support the business with data protection enquiries
Requirements
  • Knowledge of the current UK Data Protection Regulations and their requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Self-starter with a keen willingness to learn and develop
