About the Role:
Talent Guardian is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Product Transfer Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Product Transfer Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless application journey for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for product transfer and mortgage application queries, providing prompt and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth application process, from submission to completion.
- Proactively increase the product transfer pipeline by contacting customers whose products are nearing expiration, and work closely with valuers to arrange valuations and chase outstanding documentation.
- Manage individual applications, maintaining and updating data in internal and external systems to reflect current application stages.
- Perform final checks before completing the application, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adapt quickly to changing situations and support colleagues through the process, working effectively in a team to achieve goals.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring all information is easy to understand and follow.
