We are seeking a highly skilled Group Exercise Instructor to lead the Blaze Studio experience at David Lloyd Clubs. As a Blaze Studio Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering a premium group training experience that combines cardio, strength, and MMA boxing/combat zones with custom lighting and MYZONE technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Studio Management: Collaborate with different departments to manage the Blaze timetable efficiently, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.
- Communication and Inductions: Handle club communications and new member inductions, providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for a successful membership.
- MYZONE Community Management: Manage the MYZONE community, system, and club reports, ensuring accurate data and insights to inform business decisions.
- Event Planning: Organize social and Blaze community events, fostering a sense of community and driving engagement among members.
- Product Delivery: Provide product delivery through assessments and coaching sessions, helping members achieve their fitness goals.
- Instructor Development: Develop and coach the instructor team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional group fitness classes.
- Operational Standards: Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and operational standards are met, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for members.
- Brand Compliance: Conduct weekly brand compliance checks, ensuring all marketing and social media materials meet the highest standards.
- Employee Engagement: Manage employee engagement and HR for group training instructors, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete weekly payroll, health, and safety checks, revenue reviews, and merchandise assessments, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:
- A recognized fitness qualification
- A passion for motivating and educating individuals of all ages and abilities
- Strong technique in a variety of movements, weight, boxing, and MMA exercises
- Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills
- At least 1 year of group fitness teaching experience
- Exceptional customer service abilities
