About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Consultant to join our team at Pembroke Communications. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and counsel to our clients, helping them to develop and implement effective communication strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and counsel to clients on all aspects of corporate communications, including media relations, content creation, and crisis communications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media contacts to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and execute content plans that drive engagement and support business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of communication strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communication strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong media relations skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
