About the Role

Cc Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' agendas, markets, and communications challenges.
  • Produce high-quality written outputs, including narrative, proposition, and messaging projects, editorial copy, speeches, and scripts.
  • Actively propose new ideas to clients, turning commercial issues into effective business propositions and seeking opportunities to sell in the wider agency offer.
  • Grow revenues and profits generated from clients, and develop forward-thinking client development plans.
  • Help the agency remain front of mind with existing and high-priority target clients.
Requirements
  • Strong business-minded individual with an enthusiastic, positive, and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Experience in transformation engagement and communication, employee comms and engagement through crisis, leadership change, sustainability, brand engagement, and internal communication strategy.
  • Ability to produce high-quality written outputs and actively propose new ideas to clients.
  • Strong research and analysis skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on a wide range of projects, including providing support in coaching sessions.
