About the Role

Cc Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Consultant to join our team. As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients develop and implement effective corporate messaging strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Demonstrate Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of clients' agendas, markets, and communications challenges, and provide high-quality written outputs that exceed client expectations.
  • Propose New Ideas: Actively propose new ideas to clients, turning their commercial issues and challenges into effective business propositions, and seeking opportunities to sell in the wider agency offer.
  • Grow Revenues and Profits: Grow the revenue and profits generated from the clients you work on, and seek opportunities to sell in the wider agency offer.
  • Support Coaching Sessions: Provide support in coaching sessions, and seek opportunities to work on a wider range of projects.
Requirements
  • Strong Business Mindset: A strong business-minded individual with an enthusiastic, positive, and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Transformation Engagement: Experience in transformation engagement and communication, including engagement through transactions, employee comms and engagement through crisis, leadership change, sustainability, brand engagement, and vision, narrative, and messaging.
  • Internal Communication Strategy: Experience in internal communication strategy and implementation, including investor relations, learning and development, employee experience, campaign development, vision and values development, employer brand, and Employee Value Proposition development.
