Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key coordinator, you will manage orders, ensure timely processing, and meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely entry into the system.
  • Provide assistance and maintain On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery targets.
  • Professionally handle communication with internal and external contacts via various channels.
  • Resolve customer queries and manage Service Cloud Case, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
  • Run end-of-day check reports and maintain agreed delivery dates in the system.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative and customer service roles.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in French.
