Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our team in Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable customers in our schemes, providing housing and intensive housing management services, and working closely with customers, colleagues, and external agencies to deliver a holistic service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers in developing and delivering housing and intensive housing management services
- Work closely with customers, colleagues, and external agencies to deliver a high-quality service
- Provide advice and guidance on welfare and benefit systems
- Maintain scheme records, including risk assessments and health and safety monitoring
- Collaborate with the housing management team on repairs, voids, and maintenance
Requirements
- Experience working with individuals aged 16 and above
- Proven customer-facing skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Resilience and ability to work in challenging situations
- Local knowledge and ability to share with customers
- Confident IT user and communicator
