Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our team in Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable customers in our schemes, providing housing and intensive housing management services, and working closely with customers, colleagues, and external agencies to deliver a holistic service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers in developing and delivering housing and intensive housing management services
  • Work closely with customers, colleagues, and external agencies to deliver a high-quality service
  • Provide advice and guidance on welfare and benefit systems
  • Maintain scheme records, including risk assessments and health and safety monitoring
  • Collaborate with the housing management team on repairs, voids, and maintenance

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals aged 16 and above
  • Proven customer-facing skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Resilience and ability to work in challenging situations
  • Local knowledge and ability to share with customers
  • Confident IT user and communicator
