Job Description

Exciting Opportunity for a French-speaking Customer Service Expert based in the Bury Manchester area.

We are looking for someone to join our team to ensure seamless order coordination across channels and sectors, delivering exceptional service to our customers As the key coordinator, you'll manage orders, ensure timely processing, and meet customer requirements. Your impact will contribute to our commitment to top-notch service.

Join our team as a pivotal player in delivering exceptional service to our customers As the key coordinator of customer orders across all channels and Product/Business Sectors, you will ensure seamless handling, management, and successful completion of orders.

The responsibilities include timely entry into the system, adherence to promised delivery dates, and fulfillment of customer purchase order requirements. In this role, We are looking for someone to take pride in meticulously handling ATCC inquiries and orders, following guidelines for New Account Application approvals and meeting MTA contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Close collaboration with the ATCC Tech Team and Sales Leads is essential to ensure compliance and meet demand fulfillment needs. Your impact will contribute to the continuity of the highest level service experience for our valued customers, from order entry to delivery and payment.

Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely entry into the system. Provide assistance and maintain On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery targets. Professionally handle communication with internal and external contacts via various channels. Resolve customer queries and manage Service Cloud Case, ensuring tasks are completed promptly. Run end-of-day check reports and maintain agreed delivery dates in the system. Fluent in French.

Qualifications

Previous experience in administrative and customer service roles. Positive attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Fluent in French
