More about your role

As our Customer Service Co-Ordinator you will support our customers throughout their end-to-end journey using a variety of different communication channels including email, telephone and webchat. You will investigate the customers issues and escalate any complaints to ensure we are providing the best possible outcome for them.

To be successful for this role you will have excellent customer service skills with a strong customer focused approach and an ability to keep customers engaged, with experience in escalating customer complaints and taking control of challenging situations whilst remaining calm and professional. A knowledge of the new build/construction Industry and/or dealing with aftercare/new build warranty defects would be an advantage.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and use these skills to build relationships with customers of all different backgrounds. This is a hybrid based role with two days in an office and 3 days working from home. Offices will be Preston Office (Monday) Leeds Office (Thursday).

For this role Administration experience is essential. A driving licence with your own car will also be preferred as visits to new build development sites is a part of this role. Essential Car User Allowance included.
