Property Admin Officer

Our client is looking for a Propertty Admin Officer to be based in Blackburn.
Job Purpose
1. To co-ordinate and case manage all Disrepair claims in line with the clients Corporate policy, procedures and associated legislation ensuring compliance with all Landlord Duties
2. To develop, maintain and support a professional working relationship with legal representatives and colleagues working on Disrepair claims.
3. To support the administration of the process for repairs working closely with the Income Recovery team.
4. To provide administrative support to all aspects of the repairs function across the group, putting customers at the heart of the service.
5. To record, maintain and manage the timely and accurate updating of information into ICT systems for the production of performance/financial information via the upkeep of data and spreadsheets.
This role is for a 6 months
Paying £16 per hour - 37hrs per week
