Job Description

As a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Executive, you'll be a vital part of a team that ensures customers receive exceptional service every step of the way. Based in Bury, Manchester, this hybrid role combines the flexibility of working from home with the energy and collaboration of a vibrant office environment.

In this role, your fluency in Spanish will be essential as you work with customers to process their orders and address their queries. You’ll also liaise with internal teams to ensure every detail is managed efficiently, keeping everything on track for smooth and timely deliveries. While additional skills in French would be an asset in working with our diverse customer base.

Your responsibilities will range from accurately managing customer orders to resolving queries with care and professionalism. You’ll stay on top of systems and processes, ensuring that every order meets customer expectations and delivery requirements. Communication is at the heart of this role—you’ll engage with customers and colleagues alike, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
