- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, striving to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the branch's daily operations run smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including handling and filing important documents.
- Promote and upsell banking products and services to customers based on their needs.
- Adhere to security and compliance procedures to safeguard customer information and maintain the integrity of banking operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of customers.
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking software and systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
