Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to support our Young Adult Housing Initiative. In this role, you will ensure the safe and effective provision of housing for vulnerable young individuals.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with clients to design and implement housing management services tailored to those in temporary accommodations.

This position requires interaction with clients, organizational staff, and external partners to deliver a comprehensive service of the highest quality. You will play a vital role in onboarding new clients and providing guidance on welfare and benefits. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance of housing schemes, conduct risk assessments, and monitor health and safety protocols while coordinating with the housing management team on repairs and maintenance issues.

Work Schedule

This position entails a commitment of 36.25 hours per week on a rotating schedule. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check and the provision of two positive references.

Travel Requirements

Some travel is necessary for this role, so a valid driving license is required.

Candidate Profile

To qualify for this position, you must have experience working with individuals aged 16 and above, preferably in a customer-facing role, to ensure exceptional service delivery.

We are looking for individuals who are as passionate about community support as we are. This role can be emotionally demanding, and we seek candidates who are resilient and positive. Familiarity with local resources will be beneficial for our clients.

Proficiency in IT and strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to engage effectively and positively influence others when necessary.
