Job Summary:

Daytime Healthcare Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Youth Justice Support Worker to join their team. The successful candidate will provide direct support and care for young people aged 16 to 17 years, working closely with local authorities to reduce offending behavior and support completion of court orders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct support and care for young people aged 16 to 17 years.
* Safeguard young people through collaborative working with external agencies and emergency services, adhering to local authority safeguarding procedures.
* Work closely with local authorities to reduce young people's offending behavior and support them to complete their court orders.

Requirements:

* Hold a relevant qualification in Social Work, Probation, youth justice, or Youth Work.
* At least 1 year experience working with young people at risk of custody.
* Understanding of the issues facing young people and ability to cope effectively with challenging behavior.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
