About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technologist III to lead our Environmental Monitoring Group in our manufacturing and R&D facility in Witney, West Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee routine monitoring activities to ensure sterility assurance level is maintained in the manufacturing facility.
  • Act as point of contact for the Environmental Monitoring Group for queries and investigations.
  • Establish team priorities, goals, and strategy to drive continuous improvement.
  • Delegate and support improvement projects to enhance the team's capabilities.
  • Encourage the development of team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Support audit activities relating to environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with Divisional Guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific subject or equivalent experience in an ISO cleanroom environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail skills, logical and methodical approach to problem-solving, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues across the business.
  • Good hands-on practical skills and ability to develop them further.
  • Good IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
