About the Role:
PSR Solutions is collaborating with a prominent Civil Engineering contractor seeking a Lead Cost Consultant to oversee the effective financial management and successful completion of various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Lead Cost Consultant, you will collaborate with top professionals in the field, benefiting from regular performance evaluations and opportunities for career advancement.
- Prior experience in the water sector is highly advantageous.
- Ensure timely submission of all necessary data to monitor and evaluate individual contract performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Engage with Project Managers daily for the commercial administration of contracts, ensuring the financial viability of construction activities and keeping the Commercial Manager informed of all significant events.
- Prepare precise draft sub-contracts and approve drafts prepared by the Regional Commercial Team.
- Consult with contract management to ensure all required notices and submissions are provided promptly as per various contract forms.
- Facilitate the timely and regular submission of main contract payment applications and manage cash collection, along with preparing sub-contractor payments.
