About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Lead to join our team at Abbott. As a Process Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of professionals to ensure the efficient and timely manufacture of quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the efficient and timely manufacture of quality products in line with the production schedule to meet volume and mix metrics of customer demand.
  • Work closely with support groups such as Engineering, Facilities, and Technical to ensure that equipment, environment, and materials are always available to support production schedule.
  • Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiatives while providing encouragement, motivation, and support to team members.
  • Lead and motivate team through all day-to-day work activities, including but not limited to overseeing holidays/absence management, performance reviews, team training and development, and success recognition.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and Abbott standards by adhering to EHS systems, programs, and procedures, being accountable for the Health & Safety of themselves and others, and by highlighting where improvements to EHS performance can be made.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring experience of and be passionate about leading teams and delivering results. You will bring exemplary communication, organization, and time management skills. Previous experience of working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment is preferred, but consideration will be given to those with other practical-based backgrounds. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a regulated environment.
