Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Manager to join our team at MARS Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the tooling team and implementing best practices to drive continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tooling team to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Develop and implement standard policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and recommend changes to training, working practices, and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Build and maintain a motivated and flexible team by fostering a positive work environment and promoting open communication
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements
