About the Role

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Manufacturing Scheduling team. As a key member of our Manufacturing Planning function, you will be responsible for driving ownership and accountability in the delivery of plans for all site production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the monthly Integrated Business Planning process to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Propose Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) that meets demand requirements, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to communicate production plans and ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead and develop the scheduling team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Optimize resources and manage the plant output tracking process to meet production plans.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in material planning processes within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with S&OP and Class A principals, with a preference for experience in a regulated environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing, mentoring, and coaching teams.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights, driving business decisions and growth.
