We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing and Warehousing Professional to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing and warehousing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Set-up and Monitoring: Set up and monitor production lines to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet the required standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure that production targets are met.
- Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in manufacturing or warehousing in the UK.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability: Availability to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with the option to work days or nights.
