- Able to follow and adhere to work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and study protocols.
- Experienced in the utilization of computer software and technology.
- Able to take individual responsibility and work independently for assigned tasks.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Disciplined approach to achieving team objectives and goals.
- Proactive and able to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Previous experience of working in a cleanroom and use of aseptic techniques (desirable).
