Your Contribution

In this role, you will oversee the management of product returns and execute triage procedures. Your responsibilities will include processing customer returns to guarantee swift and precise resolutions. You will enter customer details, symptom codes, and other relevant information into company systems. Additionally, you will perform troubleshooting to ascertain device symptoms and ensure that all return equipment is documented and organized to safeguard customer property. You will also assist in enhancing the Global Returns process through continuous improvement initiatives. Support will be provided to Operations, Customer Service, and other departments in addressing customer return inquiries. There may be instances where you will need to visit a customer's location to facilitate the returns process, and you should be prepared for travel, including overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities Location: Daventry, UK Reports to: Senior Supervisor, Global Returns.
You will work under the guidance of the Lead Global Returns Technician.
  • Managing incoming returns
  • Data Entry tasks
  • Technical assessment of returned devices
  • Conducting data recovery operations
  • Device disposal
  • Contributing to Quality databases
  • Possible customer site visits
Qualifications
  • At least one (1+) year of relevant professional experience
  • Proficient in basic computer and data entry skills, including Microsoft Word
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage numerical and alphabetical filing
  • Understanding of basic electronics principles
  • Skills in troubleshooting electronic devices
  • Team-oriented with a supportive and positive demeanor
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated with exceptional organizational abilities
  • Capability to work in a warehouse setting, including lifting and moving items up to 25kg
  • Must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years to fulfill security vetting requirements
