Part Time Housekeeper

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Badby Park, a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the service are spotless and meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
- Help create a positive culture and contribute to the overall well-being of our service users.
- Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
- Attend mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
- Enjoy cleaning and get satisfaction from a job well done.
- Prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Be a good communicator.
- Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
