Key Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the service are spotless and meet the required security standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting visitors and responding to their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
- Contribute to creating a positive culture within the service.
- Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
- Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
- Enjoy cleaning and take pride in a job well done.
- Prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Be a good communicator and team player.
- Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Annual salary of £23,692.50 (Pro Rata).
