About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Housekeeper to join our team at Badby Park. As a Part Time Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our service, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Working closely with our maintenance team, you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas. You will also be expected to maintain excellent telephone etiquette and be able to meet and greet visitors in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain required security standards of the hospital by following relevant policies and procedures.
  • Be an active member of the team with a range of responsibility over the day-to-day operation.
  • Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and ability to meet and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Help create a positive culture.
  • Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.
  • Attend mandatory and statutory training on an annual basis as required by Elysium Healthcare.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Enjoy cleaning and get satisfaction from a job well done.
  • Prioritise duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Be a good communicator.
  • Have good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
