About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Client Account Manager to join our flourishing sales team in the North of the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding ADP's current client base in the UK, driving sales growth and retaining market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a business plan aligned with ADP's Enterprise business aims and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with Account Management and Sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and client interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a HR/HCM service-based offering.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and closing deals with enterprise companies.
  • Strong understanding of ADP's products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
