FloQast Manager, Strategic Alliances Job Description

FloQast is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead its Consulting Alliances practice in EMEA. This role involves driving business growth through strategic partnerships and managing key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies with Business Development and Alliance Leaders
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and initiatives
  • Lead a team to achieve targets and drive business results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute tactical plans
  • Manage key relationships and resolve issues professionally
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor team members
  • Travel 25%+ for business development and partnership growth
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in SaaS-based technologies
  • Experience in Alliances roles with a proven track record
  • Background in Accounting Advisory/Consulting, preferably with Big4 experience
  • Strong negotiation skills with C-Level executives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Tenacious and results-driven with a commitment to self-improvement
  • Team player with a collaborative orientation
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
