We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Alliances Manager to join our team at Global Relay. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in managing one of our strategic partnerships, working closely with the partner's reseller channels to provide operational support and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and drive our global Strategic Alliances strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue operations and streamline processes.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics, taking reasonable actions to drive business growth and improve partner relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales campaigns, literature, and materials, ensuring a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
- Act as an internal and external advocate for the Strategic Partner, building relationships and driving engagement across the organization.
- Comprise and respond to inquiries, coordinating with Global Relay's Provisioning, Support, Accounting, Training, and Legal teams to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Post-secondary education complemented by relevant work experience or training is preferred.
- Previous experience working in technology sales and/or IT channel is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and listening skills are essential.
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Exceptional time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills, with great attention to detail.
