About the Role

FloQast is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Consulting Alliances practice in EMEA. As a Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and managing key relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies in collaboration with Business Development and Alliance Leaders
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives
  • Lead a team to achieve targets and drive business results
  • Utilize company resources to execute tactical plans and initiatives
  • Manage issues with professionalism and expedience
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor team members
  • Build team skills to achieve personnel and team goals
  • Travel will be required (25%+)
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS-based technologies
  • Proven success in an Alliances role
  • Experience working in the Accounting Advisory/Consulting domain (Big4 is a plus)
  • Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to run timely, accurate meetings and deliver compelling presentations
  • Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets
  • Commitment to self-improvement and success
  • Team player with a collaborative orientation
  • Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
