About the Role:
BH Live is seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Mountbatten Centre in Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience, ensuring the centre is well-staffed, and coordinating emergency responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Ensure each department has the necessary staffing levels and coordinate reactive shift cover.
- Emergency Response: Be responsible for and coordinate the safe evacuation of members of the public and colleagues in the event of an emergency.
- Building Management: Open and close the building, conduct visual inspections, and report any issues to our technical team.
- Security: Be responsible for the security of the building while on duty and respond to emergency calls when off duty.
Requirements:
- Confidence: Demonstrate confidence in your abilities and decision-making.
- Organisation: Possess good organisation skills, with attention to detail.
- Communication: Exhibit great people skills, be proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
