Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Academic and Student Services Coordinator to join our team at Navitas. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire student lifecycle, from orientation and enrolment to welfare and visa support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the student experience and provide a supportive environment where each student can excel.
  • Lead a passionate team and implement service and support plans that drive student success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless support and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote student success and well-being.

Requirements:

  • University level qualifications or at least two years' experience in a relevant industry.
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with staff and students from varied backgrounds.
  • Strong data analysis and management skills.
  • A proactive attitude, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
