Hours: 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an administrative team to provide a high-quality service to colleagues across the University.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data relating to programmes of study, including Home, UK, and OS Franchise and online provision.
  • Collaborate with Academic Schools and the Student Administration Service to ensure seamless processes and effective communication.
  • Line manage a team of professional staff, promoting a culture of flexibility, excellence, and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to support programme management.
  • Provide excellent customer care and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Substantial proven administrative experience, preferably in a Higher Education Institution.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft products, databases, spreadsheets, and word-processing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful working relationships.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Minimum of a Degree or equivalent, or proven experience.
