About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects across various disciplines, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project programmes to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with estimators and delivery teams to produce commercially attractive programmes that meet client needs.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks to ensure proactive mitigation and minimize potential impacts.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, company, and customer policies to maintain a strong governance framework.
  • Build relationships with internal teams to foster resource sharing, innovation, and process improvement.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
  • Prioritize safety, health, and wellbeing in all decision-making processes.
  • Integrate environmental and sustainability considerations into project planning and execution.
  • Participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives to contribute to the company's social and environmental goals.

What You'll Work With:

You will collaborate with our pre-delivery managers, customers, stakeholders, main design partners, designers, supplier partners, and delivery teams to plan and execute projects that meet customer expectations.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with:

Engineering knowledge and relevant experience in suitable disciplines (such as Structures, Buildings, Geotechnical, earthworks, highways).Excellent knowledge of planning software to create clear, comprehensible, and realistic programmes.Ability to plan from first principles.Working knowledge of planning software (such as MS-Project, Asta Powerproject or P6 Primavera).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Good level of NEC3 knowledge and understanding of its application to contract programmes.Understanding of construction design.

What You'll Bring:

We are seeking an individual with:

Related degree, diploma, or vocational qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience in Civil Engineering.Completion of courses relevant to a career in planning.Previous experience with a tier one contracting group operating in civil engineering, highways, or earthworks.
