Project Support Administrator
Salary – £22,212 to £29,661 per annum (plus benefits)
Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

As a Project Support Administrator at FCC Environment, you will oversee, document, and share project opportunities and communications from various procurement platforms, while providing essential administrative assistance to the Group Development team.

This role is full-time, requiring 5 days of work each week, though we are open to considering job share arrangements to accommodate your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver administrative support to members of the Group Development team (including Regional Development as necessary).
  • Work full-time from the FCC office.
  • Monitor external platforms, distribute project opportunities, and manage project communications as directed by the tendering team.
  • Assist in creating project delivery plans, tender proposals, and contract documentation, including pre-qualification processes.
  • Maintain development procedures and systems, ensuring they are always up-to-date.
  • Manage the Group Development databases for monthly and annual reporting purposes.
  • Oversee project and tender schedules.
  • Assist in preparing tender submissions and related documentation.
  • Maintain the Group Development 'Sharepoint' pages.
  • Provide general administrative support for the Group Development team.
  • Manage meeting room bookings.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
