Job Overview

Church International Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of automation and application development projects across our customer engagements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, initiate, manage, and close projects to schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Monitor and report project activity and milestones to stakeholders and clients
  • Forecast project resources against the pipeline to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for project management and consulting delivery standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in external customer project delivery with a strong track record of success
  • Technical project delivery experience across automation, infrastructure, and/or development projects
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to manage escalation and reporting
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to customer sites as required

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and selected project management tools
  • Experience with Power Platform and agile delivery methodologies
  • Prince 2 Certification or equivalent

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. You will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to provide input into project estimation and planning, as well as managing live projects.
