Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Academic Support Specialist to join our team at Navitas. As a key member of our academic services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire student lifecycle, from orientation and enrolment to welfare and visa support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the student experience and provide a supportive environment for academic success.
  • Lead a team of professionals and implement service and support plans that drive student achievement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners to promote a culture of excellence and inclusivity.

Requirements:

  • University-level qualifications or at least two years' experience in a relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff and students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong data analysis and management skills, with the ability to interpret and present data to inform decision-making.
  • A proactive attitude, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
