The Public Relations and Communications Officer position is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with a passion for creating engaging content and implementing public relations strategies.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Effective PR and Communications Strategies
- Create engaging content for a range of communication channels
- Build Relationships with Key Media Outlets
- Coordinate public relations activities and events
- Monitor and Analyze PR Results on a Regular Basis
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align strategies
- Manage Crisis Communication
- Stay up-to-date with PR trends and industry news
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Proven experience in managing PR activities
- Ability to Create Engaging Content Across Various Platforms
- Experience as a journalist or experience within Higher Education / Public Sector
- Strong Relationships with Key Media Personnel
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage crisis communication
- A competitive salary in the range of £31,000 - £37,000 per year
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office
