Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the internal communications calendar and establish a consistent rhythm for updates.

  • Develop innovative campaigns and content that align with our employee engagement strategies.

  • Research and engage with inspiring external speakers to enrich internal events.

  • Coordinate with PR colleagues to share valuable insights and enhance storytelling for internal audiences.

Wider Marketing Activities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to ensure relevant content reaches internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate events, particularly our biannual Town Halls.

Qualifications:

  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Creative mindset with experience in content creation, including proficiency in design tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
