About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our Information Security team at Ocado Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our community, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and promoting our security messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our community, responding to inquiries and moderating discussions.
  • Build and enhance relationships within the wider Infosec team and other key business areas.
  • Develop and contribute to creating engaging content to educate and inform our champions about our latest security messaging.
  • Support champions to help identify areas or teams needing our assistance to improve their security posture.
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends, evaluate our successes, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Confidence in leading conversations and building relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to tell engaging and educational stories.
  • Sharp eye for detail and ability to catch small things that matter.
  • Experience with analytics and data, and an understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
