We are seeking a Fundraising Specialist to join our small, dedicated fundraising team at Herts Young Homeless. The charity's mission is to break the cycle of homelessness in Hertfordshire through education, advice, and support for young people and their families. The Fundraising Specialist will be responsible for the Individual Giving income stream, with a revenue target of £90-100K. The role involves providing excellent stewardship through meaningful engagement and thoughtful and creative communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing fundraising or communication initiatives or campaigns
  • Using a CRM database to support relationship management
  • Understanding supporter journey development and motivations for giving

Requirements:

  • Experience of using a CRM database
  • Understanding of developing fundraising or communication initiatives or campaigns
  • Understanding of supporter journey development and motivations for giving

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire (2 days per week in the office)
