They are currently seeking a Facilities Management Support Coordinator based in the Manchester area, offering a flexible work arrangement of 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to advance their careers within the organization.
Role Overview:
- Oversee Helpdesk System utilizing internal platforms, including generating reports.
- Maintain Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) records through internal systems, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Deliver precise and updated information to clients.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance and provide feedback through designated systems.
- Proactively identify and implement innovations to enhance contract performance and meet client expectations.
- Participate actively in monthly Contract Review meetings.
- Organize and coordinate call-outs, material deliveries, and additional work within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager to produce monthly Customer Reports.
- Generate and raise Extra Works job requests.
- Create accurate Purchase Orders (POs) promptly.
- Regularly review and process supplier invoices.
- Issue sales invoices in accordance with company deadlines and ensure correct margin application.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
