**Role Responsibilities**:
As a Facilities and Laboratory Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Creating and maintaining a safe and collaborative working environment at the Trafford Park facility.
- Providing administrative and operational support including coordinating work orders, permits, and inventory management.
- Coordinating and supporting lab administration activities such as inventories and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Managing site correspondences, facility access, and proposing/implementing improvements for both laboratory and office spaces.
- Acting as the local EHS point of contact, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and participating in safety and environmental compliance programs.

**Role Requirements**:
The successful Facilities and Laboratory Management Coordinator will have:

- Previous experience in laboratory management
- Ability to review, understand and implement EHS policies and requirements with the support of the EHS manager
- The ability to manage multiple external stakeholders such as contractors and bring site-related projects to successful completion.
