A leading organization specializing in building control and facilities management across the country is expanding its operations in Manchester and is seeking to enhance its team.
We are in search of a meticulous and organized professional who embodies the core values of our organization and provides exceptional support.
The role of Facilities Management Coordinator is crucial in delivering high standards of organization and assistance to surveyors. This includes conducting vital risk assessments, serving as the primary liaison for surveyors, and effectively managing their daily tasks and schedules.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a point of contact for surveyors, offering necessary guidance and support while organizing their daily activities and reviewing surveys.
- Delivering exemplary customer service to ensure satisfaction aligns with the organization's values.
- Providing continuous support to staff to facilitate understanding of processes and new systems.
- Managing financial and administrative processes efficiently.
- Staying informed about relevant legislation, including data protection and health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Maintain accurate records and process data effectively.
