**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s

You will help oversee budgets, manage maintenance, negotiate with suppliers and contractors, and improve operations overall.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that all works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Managing a team of engineers to deliver all PPM’s on time and ensuring that buildings are compliant.
- Management of a budget to deliver reactive maintenance across the region.
- Overseeing permit systems on the behalf of the client and OCS and ensuring that Health and Safety procedures are followed.
- Responsible for all operational service delivery including risk and compliance in the region through contract delivery teams.
- Own the customer relationship, promoting a one-team approach and issue resolution.
- Carry out technical inspections and building workarounds and proactively identify tasks.
- Oversee incidents & failure management.

**About You**:

- **_ Applicants must have the right to work in the UK_**:

- Senior Management experience in the facilities management area, managing hard and soft services and project works including managing an operational site-based or mobile team.
- Have relevant H&S qualifications for the position (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS).
- Excellent communication skills including presentation and written report writing.
- Good PC skills
- Ability to complete full Disclosure and Government baseline clearance (mandatory requirement to work on contract).

Please note that this position requires security clearance as a contractual requirement.
