Position Overview

We are thrilled to announce a new permanent opportunity for an Agile Project Facilitator within our Retail Protection division. This role will be part of the commercial team, aiding cross-functional groups in integrating agile methodologies and applying agile principles, fundamentals, and practices to meet business objectives and achieve successful results. You will oversee all facets of the delivery process, merging technical proficiency with your knowledge and hands-on experience of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading, coaching, and developing Agile teams using Scrum and other frameworks to ensure the successful delivery of commercial products and outcomes.
  • Facilitating agile events and ceremonies; ensuring effective release and sprint planning, daily stand-ups, show & tell sessions, refinement, and retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Embedding a culture of continuous enhancement across Agile processes and practices.
  • Supervising and facilitating discussions to enable swift conflict resolution, empowering teams to self-organize and manage effectively.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members, product owners, and stakeholders on agile principles, fundamentals, and practices.

Candidate Profile:
  • A certified Agile Project Facilitator with experience in guiding teams through the transition and application of the Scrum framework and agile practices.
  • Desirable experience in applying Scrum within non-technical or blended teams.
  • Proven experience in coaching and mentoring diverse teams and senior stakeholders in the Scrum framework.
  • Experience in motivating high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and learning from setbacks to enhance future success.
  • Experience working with remote, virtual, and cross-functional teams, conducting virtual ceremonies using digital collaboration tools.
